Refund policy
Please make sure that your order is correct upon delivery and or retreival as we do not offer returns on any baked goods, food, or beverage items. This is not limited to Gift Boxes and or any other services we provide.
A refund may only be issued IF we are responsible for the descrepancy on any order and or a coupon will be given to make it right; whichever and (whichever is reasonable) is agreed upon by us (merchant) and you (customer).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on all items.
Exchanges
If you have placed an order and would like to change the type, style, flavor of your order or date of your order we may be able to accommodate your request within a 72-hour period depending on the significance of how large or complex the order is.
Refunds
Cake & Berry Me does not offer refunds however we will honor damaged goods directly from us and mediate the order prior to leaving our store.

Our Policy for ALL Orders/Reservations Cancellations & Deposits:
Once your order is placed for any order - an invoice will be issued via email/text or both to confirm your order.
The invoice will indicate when the deposit is due for the order. If the deposit is not received by the deposit due date we may cancel the order.
Should more time be needed to place the deposit for the order, please contact us immediately to avoid order cancellation.
Depending on how far out the event date is or close, we can grant an extension up to 7 days or 2 days. The extension cannot land on the date of the event; should this happen full payment will be required to lock in the order for the event date.
Cancelling an Order
We understand that changes take place leading up to an established order date event. To receive a FULL return of the deposit should a change occur, please notify us 5 days before your order is due.
Because we assure to have all items/materials needed for the specifics of any order, including & not limited to; custom Cake, Non Custom Cakes, Specialized orders or Specialized Mini Cakes (adding specific decor/design/modifications) - it is added to the cost it will be to complete for the satisfaction of our customer which means we will not return a deposit if the order is cancelled after the 5 day windows prior to the event order date.
We can however, secure the deposit for a future date should additional changes occur, & a new order is placed.
